Our barcode inventory system ensures that your information is scanned to a specific location in the records center. This also provides you with an additional level of security because your data is not stored in one area exclusively.
ERC will provide you with pre-printed box barcode labels. You will affix the labels to your boxes and call ERC to arrange for a pickup.
Elmwood Records Center offers several delivery types to meet your needs.
Same-day will be delivered before 5 PM if the request is received by 10 AM.
Rush will be delivered within 3 hours for requests placed between 10 AM and 2 PM. Requests made after hours (after the 2 PM cutoff) will be delivered within three hours.
We even offer Saturday and Sunday deliveries if requests are placed by 10 AM, you will receive your delivery within three hours.
Retrievals will be on a weekly basis and can be scheduled online or by telephone, email, or fax.
Criminal background checks and drug screening are performed on all Elmwood Records Center team members.
Elmwood Records Center is a steel and concrete building that has never been damaged in any hurricane and has never flooded.
